About David

Wood flooring expert David Nikzad is the soul of Nikzad Flooring. His artistry and experience is reflected in every aspect of his company, from the products we sell to the advice we give to the custom solutions we provide.

Growing up in his father's wood flooring business gave David an enduring passion for wood and interest in flooring design--and he has run his own business for over 12 years, since he was 18. His designs are characterized by sensitivity, elegance, and impact. They balance aesthetic considerations (like color choice) with practical ones (like the qualities of the wood).

A certified member of the National Wood Flooring Association, David brings a wealth of knowledge to our customers. If you have a custom or large commercial project, you will find him invaluable (he offers design and specification consulting at an hourly rate). David has also served as an expert witness and consults for legal cases involving flooring.
